Policies, Returns/ Refunds & Shipping

Return and Refunds:
• Returns accepted only if product is damaged, item missing or undelivered
 • Return requests must be submitted within one week of purchase
 • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to mail back items.
•Once items are received I will further assess them to determine if we move further with a refund
Policies:
•Sizing Kits must be purchased before placing an order
•When placing order please make sure to fill out the Custom From completely and accurately. 
•Before starting your order I will be in contact to go over everything and confirm 
•Once confirmed designs are locked and cannot be changed 
•Photo of finished product will be sent before shipping out
Shipping: 
•Shipping added at checkout
•Once order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number
•Customers must sign for package
•In the case that an item needs to be sent back customers are then responsible for shipping cost
•Orders are sent out every Friday
•Orders will be completed once customer confirms everything is accurate, 15-23 days  for completion and will send over before shipping out on Friday
